If our florist or courier are unable to deliver the flowers to the recipient, they will leave a message card with details to reschedule delivery.
Same day delivery can be chosen for all days except Sundays. Deliveries are usually made between 8am – 7pm. If our florist delivers the flowers late, or not on the specified date we will refund the delivery charge.
Next day flower deliveries are delivered via courier, we are able to deliver Monday - Sunday.
Important Delivery Information - We cannot always guarantee a delivery date, but will endeavour to deliver on your desired date as all flowers are sent using a 24 hours delivery service the day before your chosen date. In the event a delivery is not made on the specified date we cannot offer a refund unless extra was paid for same day delivery, however for exceptions please see our Total Satisfaction Guarantee. Delivery days are 7 days a week excluding bank holidays. Any orders made for delivery on a bank holiday may be delivered the next working day unless otherwise stated. Next day flower deliveries are delivered via UK Mail and DPD and via DPD for Sunday deliveries.
Deliveries to hospitals & universities
Please specify as much location detail as possible i.e, floor number or department to ensure a successful delivery. In some circumstances which are out of our control, the flowers may be delivered to someone other than the recipient, such as the receptionist. Our florists will always endeavour to deliver the flowers to its intended recipient. Deliveries to hospitals can be difficult as patients move to different wards, a successful delivery cannot be guaranteed, for this reason we have the right to refuse a refund.
Additional Delivery Information
Please ensure that the recipient will be able to accept the delivery on the date selected. Please enter the most accurate delivery details, filling in all address fields; if you are not sure of the recipients post code, we can help, simply contact us. Please note we are not liable for additional delivery costs caused by failed deliveries. Make sure you provide correct delivery details, as in the event we are unable to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete or if the delivery is refuses, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the order for a resend. Once despatched we are unable to amend any delivery details. Courier delivered flowers may be delivered up until 9pm on the specified delivery date. Please note in some areas of the UK, an additional day in transit may be required, though this rarely happens, we are unable to offer a refund if this is the case.
Please note the distance selling regulation does not apply to flowers and plants due to the nature of perishable goods, but does apply to other gifts we sell.

Your name: We use this information for credit card validation and for direct mailing (only if you have agreed to receipt of these mailings).
Recipient's full name and address: We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address is accurate.
